What to write about
- Account problems: include your Operator ID. Never send your password.
- VIP and purchases: include your Operator ID, the date of payment and the PayPal transaction ID.
- Bugs: describe what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, and which browser and device you use. A screenshot helps a lot.
- Suggestions: new items, enemies, quests and balance feedback are all read.
- Privacy requests: to see or delete the data stored for your account, write from your account details and we will handle it. See the privacy policy.
- Business: press and partnership enquiries are welcome at the same address.
Response time
This is a small independent studio. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.
